How does the Cheese Steak Shop Loyalty Club work?
- Every $1 = 1 Point (Points are not earned on discounted orders, 3rd party delivery services, excludes sales tax. Please check with your local store for details).
- Every 100 Points = $10 Credit
- Every $10 Credit = $10 Towards any Food or Beverage Item In-Stores
Does it cost anything to become a member of the Cheese Steak Shop Loyalty Club?
There is no cost to become a member.

What is double stamp Tuesday?
- All eligible in-store purchases on Tuesdays will receive double points.
- Every $1 = 2 Points (Valid Tuesdays only. Points are not earned on discounted orders, online orders, excludes sales tax. Please check with your local store for details).
Do I need a card?
No, Cheese Steak Shop Loyalty Club work off your 10-digit phone number.
What number should I use?
You must use a mobile number. Landlines do not work.
What if I forget the phone number I used?
We can also look up your account by your name or email address.
Do points expire?
Points expire 365 days from the date they were earned.
If I earn $10 and don’t use the full amount, is the remaining value still available?
If credit remains after redeeming the partial value, the remainder can be used on future orders as long as they are redeemed within 365 days of being earned.
Do I earn Loyalty Points for the purchase of a gift card?
No, there are no points earned for the purchase of a gift card.
Is there a minimum purchase required to use my rewards?
Yes, a ten-dollar minimum purchase is required.
Can I save up my points?
Points can accumulate, you do not have to use each $10 increment, points can be saved up, as long as they are used within 365 days from when they were earned.
How can I check how many points I have?
- In-stores: Cashier can print out Rewards Summary
- Go to www.cheesesteakshop.com, click on Loyalty Club, sign into your account to check your point balance.
Can my points be redeemed for cash?
No cash value. It can only be redeemed for food and beverage purchases in-stores.
Why do you need my information? Can I opt-out?
Occasionally, The Cheese Steak Shops in your local area may send out a mailer or an email informing you of a Cheese Steak Shop deal or event. You can opt-out of these mailings and emails by sending a request to opt-out to loyalty@cheesesteakshop.com
Can I use my points for Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub, or mobile ordering?
Currently, no. Points are only available for redemption in-stores. To find a location nearest to you, please visit www.cheesesteakshop.com/locations
Will I earn points for my online order?
Yes, your points will be applied when you pick your order up at the shop. This does not apply to orders placed through delivery services.
The cashier forgot to ask me if I had a Cheese Steak Shop Loyalty Club account, can I still get credit for my purchases today?
Please email a copy of your receipt to loyalty@cheesesteakshop.com with the details of your transaction.
Can I get credit for my purchase today if I don’t have a Cheese Steak Shop Loyalty Club account yet?

The Cheese Steak Shop Loyalty Club is for individual customers only. Points may not be earned for business purchases. Points are earned for each dollar spent, excluding tax, and tip at all participating The Cheese Steak Shop for most purchases. Certain restrictions apply. You must use your account once during a six-month period, to retain earned points and/or rewards or your points/rewards will be forfeited.
Points are not earned on online orders, discounts and promotional offers. Earned Rewards are not valid to use towards catering or online orders.
The Cheese Steak Shop reserves the right to add or withdraw participating stores, to make changes to the rules or rewards, audit or cancel your account or terminate the program at any time without advance notice.
